No reliable data are available that would lead to a conclusion regarding specific target organ toxicity.

In the study in sheep, a NOAEL was derived (Hitoshi 1994) based on effects on plasma levels of insulin, glucagon and glucose, but in absence of accurate control data this value is considered not reliable and cannot be used in risk assessment.
