First-aid measures
General Information
Take affected persons out into the fresh air. Seek medical treatment in case of complaints.
After inhalation:
Move exposed person to fresh air. Seek medical attention if adverse health effects appear.
In case of skin contact:
Wash off with soap and plenty of water. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
In case of eye contact:
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation occurs.
If swallowed:
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water If unconscious, place in recovery position and get medical attention immediately.
Seek medical attention if adverse health effects appear.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use water spray, chemical foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: In case of a large fire or in confined or poorly ventilated spaces wear full fire-resistant protective clothing and self-contained breathing apparatus
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
Wear protective clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation.
For non-emergency personnel: Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
For emergency responders:
Wear protective equipment. Keep unprotected persons away.
Environmental precautions: Prevent leakage or spillage.
Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up: Pick up mechanically. Use pressurized air and dry cleaning. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling:
Prevent leakage or spillage. Do not eat, drink or smoke during the usage of the product. Wash hands before each break and after finishing work.
Conditions for safe storage:
Prevent any seepage into the ground.
Store in original container.
