Eyes - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Eye injuries from ceramic particles should be treated by a physician immediately.

Ingestion - Seek medical attention if material is ingested.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing Media - Use methods suitable to fight surrounding fire.

Unsuitable Extinguishing Media - None identified.

Special Hazards Arising from the Substance or Mixture:  This material will not burn.

Hazardous Combustion Products - Material will begin softening at about 1400º C, will proceed to a liquid and will give off irritating and toxic gaseous oxides if heated to extreme temperatures.

Fire Fighting Measures - Move container from fire area if it can be done without risk. Cool containers with water spray until well after the fire is out.

Advice for Firefighters - Protective Equipment and Precautions for Firefighters Wear full protective clothing, including helmet, self-contained positive pressure or pressure demand breathing apparatus, protective clothing and face mask.

Accidental release measures

Personal Precautions, Protective Equipment and Emergency Procedures - Avoid creating dusts. Wear appropriate protective equipment during cleanup.

Environmental Precautions - Do not flush into sanitary sewer systems, drains or surface water.

Methods and Material for Containment and Cleaning up - Collect spill using a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter. Place in a closed container.

Handling and storage

Precautions for Safe Handling - Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Do not breathe dust. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep container closed and dry. Use personal protective equipment as required.

Conditions for Safe Storage, Including any Incompatibilities - Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area
