An expert review (BUA, 1992) cites a range of kinematic viscosities of C14-17 chlorinated paraffins as 90-12,000 mm2/s at 20oC and 25-1200 mm2/s at 40oC. The review references four unpublished industry study reports. No test methods are provided in the review or details on the products tested (eg. degree of chlorination or presence/absence of a stabiliser).
