Sampling and analysis
- Analytical monitoring:
- yes
- Details on sampling:
- - The following nominal concentrations were analysed: control, 1.56, 12.5, 100 mg/L
- At the start of the test (after 0 h) samples from vessels which were not stocked with daphnids were analysed and at the end of the test (after 48 h) samples from stocked and unstocked vessels were analysed.
Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- no
- Details on test solutions:
- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: At the beginning of the test the stock solution of the test substance was freshly prepared. A defined amount of the substance was weighed out and suspended directly in the test medium and stirred for about 20 h at 20 °C. Afterwards small amounts of undissolved particles were removed by means of centrifugation (20 min. at about 7000G). The test was performed with the supernantant.
