Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: no oxidising properties
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
The test item has no oxidising properties in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.17.
Executive summary:

Due to the fact that the mixture of the test item with cellulose burned slower compared to the reference mixture, or the flame extinguished before the pre-burning phase was finished, it was concluded that the test item has no oxidising properties.
