Administrative data
First-aid measures
Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
INGESTION
If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Drink one or two glasses of water. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show label where possible). Contact physician if larger quantity has been consumed.
SKIN CONTACT
Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
EYE CONTACT
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
This product is not flammable. Use fire-extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding materials.
SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES
No specific fire fighting procedure given.
UNUSUAL FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS
High concentrations of dust may form explosive mixture with air. > 200 g/m3
SPECIFIC HAZARDS
When heated and in case of fire, toxic vapours/gases may be formed.
PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN FIRE
Self contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case of fire.
Accidental release measures
In case of spills, beware of slippery floors and surfaces. Avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing as described in Section 8 of this safety data sheet. Wash thoroughly after dealing with a spillage.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
Small quantities can be dissolved/diluted in water and flushed to drain. Large Spillages: Avoid discharge into drains, water courses or onto the
ground. If risk of water pollution occurs, notify appropriate authorities.
SPILL CLEAN UP METHODS
Avoid generation and spreading of dust. Collect in containers and seal securely. Remove containers and flush area with water. For waste disposal, see section 13.
Handling and storage
Avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes. Use appropriate engineering controls and personal precautions as defined in Section 8 of
the SDS.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Keep in original container. Store at moderate temperatures in dry, well ventilated area.
STORAGE CLASS
Unspecified storage.

Additional information
- Special provisions / remarks / other:
- Not classified for transportation.
Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure to hazardous materials should be controlled at source by provision of engineering containment and/or ventilation. Refer to local risk assessment for further details. Observe relevant occupational exposure limits and minimise exposure to hazardous materials at all times.
RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT
None under normal conditions.
HAND PROTECTION
Wear protective gloves. Refer to local risk assessment for further details
EYE PROTECTION
Wear eye/face protection. Use approved safety goggles or face shield.
HYGIENE MEASURES
Wash hands after handling. Observe good chemical hygiene practices.
SKIN PROTECTION
Wear appropriate clothing to prevent repeated or prolonged skin contact.
ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE CONTROLS
Do not discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground. If risk of water pollution occurs, notify appropriate authorities.
Stability and reactivity
Stable under normal temperature conditions and recommended use.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS
Thermal decomposition or combustion may liberate carbon oxides and other toxic gases or vapours.
Disposal considerations
Llarge volumes should not be discharged into drains, watercourses or onto the ground.
DISPOSAL METHODS
Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
