In accordance with Regulation 1907/2006/EC, Annex VII, column 2, testing does not need to be conducted as there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in Manganese Oxalate.

Justification for classification or non-classification

There are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in the molecule. Thus, Manganese Oxalate is not subject to classification as explosive according to Directive 67/548 EEC or Regulation 1272/2008/EC.
