Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The test substance had a flash point of 107.8 degrees C. The test substance is therefore not flammable or combustible.
Executive summary:

The flash point of the test substance was determined using a Grabner Miniflash FLP in an ASTM 6450 test.  1 mL of test substance was placed in the test cup.  The temperature was set 30 degrees F below the expected flash point temperature.  The temperature was then slowly raised until the flash point was observed. The test substance had a flash point of 107.8 degrees C. The test substance is therefore not flammable or combustible.
