Executive summary:

The color, physical state, and odor were determined and documented for Chlorpyrifos, a Techincal Grade Active Ingredient (TGAI). The determination of these physical and chemical properties is in compliance with the OPPTS guidelines, Series 830, Group B Physical/Chemical Properties (OPPTS 830.6302, 830.6303, and 830.6304).

 

With indoor fluorescent lighting,the test material was an off-whitemolten solid at22.7oC with a sweet odor. Using the Munsell system of color notation, the transmittance of the test substance was N9/78.7% R.
