The flashpoint of the substance being higher than 60°C but lower than 93 °C , the substance is considered as a Flammable Liquid Category 4 according to UN Globally Harmonised System (GHS).
Based on the chemical structure of the major constituents of the substance and experience in handling and use of the substance, no flammable properties are anticipated if contact with air or water, therefore studies were deemed unnecessary in accordance with section 1 of REACh Annex XI.

Justification for classification or non-classification
According to REACH guidance R7a, the flammability of liquids is determined on basis of their flashpoint (in combination with their boiling point), their ability to emit flammable gases upon contact with water and their pyrophoricity. Considering the fact that the flash point measured is higher than 60 °C (see section 4.11), the substance is considered as non-flammable (Regulation (EC) 1272/2008).
