Description of key information

The substance was not readily biodegradable in a screening study conducted to OECD TG 301B. Nevertheless, it was demonstrated in a range of simulation studies using surface water, water/sediment systems and soils, that the substance is biodegradable under representative environmental conditions. The identity of the main environmental metabolites of the substance could be revealed in the key studies on biodegradation.
