According to OECD Test Guideline 115 the surface tension at 20.2 ± 0.1°C of the test item Hydrazine Carboximidamide, 2-[(2-hydroxyphenyl) methylene] – reaction products with 2-Undecanone was determined to be: 69.4 mN/m. According to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Part A Method A.5. the test item is not regarded as a surface active material.
