Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
to the product, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness and other adverse effects which may be delayed. IF BREATHING HAS STOPPED, START BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AND SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION.
Skin contact : In the event of adverse skin reactions, remove contaminated clothing and immediately
flush affected are with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention if skin reaction occurs which may be immediate or delayed. Do NOT use chemical neutralisers.
Eye contact: Immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Do NOT use chemical neutralisers. Seek medical advice.
Ingestion : In the event of swallowing, give copious amounts of water and seek medical advice. Do not induce vomiting.
Fire-fighting measures
Toxic gases formed upon combustion. ; CO, CO2, ZnO2.
Firefighters should be equipped with self-contained breathing apparatus and appropriate personal protective equipment.
Shut off all sources of ignition-heat, sparks, open flame.
Accidental release measures
Handling and storage
Use only in the well-ventilated areas. Do not breathe dust. Keep container tightly.
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling. When using do not eat or drink.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from bright sunlight. Take care to avoid breakages. Keep containers upright and tightly closed when in no use. Keep away from heat, steam pipe or sunlight.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Respiratory protection : Provide adequate general ventilation. If handling the "neat" toner, local exhaust ventilation should be utilised.
Hand protection : Avoid excessive exposure. Use protective gloves made of rubber or plastic should excessive exposure be unavoidable.
Eye protection : Avoid contact with eyes. Wear safety goggles in circumstances if eye is unavoidable.
Skin protection : Wear appropriate protective clothing as for hands above should excessive skin contact be unavoidable.
Stability and reactivity
Conditions to Avoid : Heat and flames.
Hazardous Decomposition or By-products : Incomplete combustion produces smoke and oxides of Zinc.
