Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusions:
Available data from 1-Octadecanol, phosphate, potassium salt were used to evaluate the acute toxicity on fish for Phosphoric acid, C12-18-alkyl esters, potassium salts.
In a 96-h acute toxicity study, Danio rerio were exposed to the read-across substance 1-Octadecanol, phosphate, potassium salt at concentrations of 0 and 100.0 mg/L nominal (WAF of 100 mg/L) under static conditions.

The 96h-LC50 was determined to be > 100 mg/L  (WAF based on nominal concentration).
The 96h-NOEC was determined to be ≥ 100 mg/L  (WAF based on nominal concentration).

Description of key information

The 96h-LC50 to fish (Danio rerio) for Phosphoric acid, C12-18 alkyl esters, potassium salts was determined to be > 100 mg/L (WAF based on nominal concentration) based on read-across information.
