Description of key information

The effects of the test substance on the carbon and nitrogen fromation in soil have been measured in an OECD 216/217 guideline study. The NOEC for carbon transformation was 1000 mg/kg dw soil (nominal). The NOEC for nitrogen transformation was 320 mg/kg dw soil. No statistically significant concentration/response was found for the nitrate transformation ECx calculation (p(f)>0.05; i.e. slope of the relationship is not significantly different from zero), and therefore reliable EC10, EC20 and EC50 values cannot be calculated.
