Results:
Single super phosphate is a solid substance at room temperature. Calcium, phosphate and sulfate ions are not liable to undergo an irreversible elctrochemical reaction with carbon steel or aluminium under normal conditions that leads to significant damage of the metal. Furthermore the substance is assumed to be not corrosive or irritating to skin (see endpoint study record 7.3) and does not contain halogens or strong acidic/basic groups. Based on all available information, it was concluded that the substance does not have to be classified for the CLP hazard 'corrosive to metals' and testing does not need to be to be considered.

Based on the absence of reactive groups, the result of other physical and chemical properties and on experience in handling, it was concluded that single super phosphate does not have to be classified for the CLP hazard class 'self-reactive substances' and testing does not need to be to be considered.
