Results and discussion

Results of examinations

Details on results:
Repeated dietary administration for 30 days to rats produced significant liver enlargement in male rats fed 50 ppm or 500 ppm and slight liver damage (cloudy swelling and or hypertropy of hepatocytes) at 500 ppm. No effects were seen in female rats at these doses. All feed concentrations refer top the test substance (i.e. the racemate).
