EA-3098 is not surface active.

Conclusions:
Based on the criteria as outlined in the EEC guideline, EA-3098 is not surface active.
Executive summary:

The determination of the surface tension of an aqueous test substance solution was peformed in accordance with the following test gidelines: OECD guideline no. 115 "Surface tension of an aqueous solution" and EEC Directive 92/69/EEC Method A.5 "Surface tension".

The surface tension of an aqueous test substance solution at a 90% saturated concentration and at a temperature of 20.3°C is 71.5 mN/m.

Based on the criteria as outlined in the EEC guideline, EA-3098 is not surface active.
