Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschüttetes Material unter Vermeidung von Staubentwicklung

aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem Industriestaubsauger)

und in geeigneten Gebinden zur Entsorgung sammeln. Gebinde

gemäß TRGS 201 kennzeichnen und unter Berücksichtigung und

in Übereinstimmung mit den nationalen und lokalen

Vorschriften entsorgen. Beim Aufnehmen des Stoffes Haut- und

Augenkontakt sowie Einatmen desselben vermeiden. Zu diesem

Zweck die unter "Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche

Schutzausrüstung tragen. Verschüttetes Material darf nicht

in die Kanalisation gelangen.

Take up spilled material avoiding the formation of dust

(e.g. with an industrial vacuum cleaner of approved type)

and collect in suitable packing drums for disposal. Label

the packing drums according to Technical Rule 201 and

dispose of in consideration of and according to the national

and local regulations. When taking up the substance, avoid

skin and eye contact as well as inhalation of it. To this

end, wear the personal protective equipment described under

"handling". Spilled material must not enter drains.

Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,

dass die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch

Hautkontakt so gering wie möglich sowie der Augenkontakt

ausgeschlossen ist. Bei Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei

Probenahmen sind geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte

Vorrichtungen zu verwenden. Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen

ist möglicher Staub unmittelbar am Entstehungsort

abzusaugen. Die abgesaugte Luft sollte nur nach

ausreichender Reinigung mit geprüften Geräten in den

Arbeitsbereich zurückgeführt werden. Wenn technische

Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder

unzureichend sind, ist ein geeigneter Atemschutz (z.B.:::)

zu tragen. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sind geprüfte

Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.:::) und geeignete Schutzkleidung

(z.B. Einmalschutzanzug) zu tragen. Ein sicher Augenschutz

(z.B. Korbbrille) ist unbedingt erforderlich.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten

ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie

Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig

gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die

betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit

... gereinigt werden. Besonder Hautschutz- und

Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen. Es sollte ein

Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden. Die Straßenkleidung

sollte getrennt von der Arbeitskleidung aufbewahrt werden.

Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der

potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen

aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten

Maßnahme gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen

werden.

All work processes must always be designed in such a way

that the exposure by inhalation of the substance and by skin

contact is as low as possible and eye contact is excluded.

Use closed or at least dustproof equipment during filling

and metering work as well as sampling. In the case of

handling in open systems, extract any dust that may form

directly at the point of origin.

The extracted air should only be returned to the work area

after sufficient cleaning with tested equipment. If

technical extraction or ventilation measures are not

possible or are insufficient, suitable respiratory

protection must be worn (e.g.:::).

To avoid skin contact, tested gloves (e.g. :::) and suitable

protective clothing (e.g. disposable protective suit) must

be worn. Safe eye protection (e.g. goggles) is absolutely

essential.

Sufficient washing facilities should be available in the

immediate vicinity of the work area. Eye douches should be

made available in the immediate vicinity of the work area

and their location should be conspicuously marked. After

skin contact, the affected parts of the body should be

immediately thoroughly cleaned with ... .

Special skin protection and skin care measures are

recommended. A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.

Outdoor clothes should be kept separate from working

clothes.

If there is the possibility of the development of dust,

potential ignition sources should be removed from the work

area due to the potential risk of a dust explosion. In

addition, measures should be taken to prevent static

discharge.

Storage: In vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichnet bruchsichere Behälter

lagern. Diese dicht geschlossen halten und gegen Herabfallen

sichern. Produktreste an/auf den Gebinden vermeiden.
