Exposure controls / personal protection
. Exposure controls
. Personal protective equipment:
. General protective and hygienic measures:
The usual precautionary measures should be adhered to in handling the chemicals.
Wash hands during breaks and at the end of the work.
Shower or take a bath at the end of the work.
Keep away from foodstuffs, beverages and food.
Instantly remove any soiled and impregnated garments.
Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.
Do not eat, drink or smoke while working.
. Breathing equipment: Use breathing protection in case of insufficient ventilation.
. Protection of hands: Protective gloves
. Material of gloves:
The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and
varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
. Penetration time of glove material:
The exact break through time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be
observed.
. Eye protection: Goggles and face protection
. Body protection: Protective work clothing

No decomposition if used according to specifications.
. Possibility of hazardous reactions Reacts with water and acids
. Incompatible materials:
Water
Strong oxidizing agents
. Hazardous decomposition products:
Carbon monoxide
Carbon dioxide
Disposal considerations
. Waste treatment methods
. Recommendation:
After prior treatment product has to be disposed of in an incinerator for hazardous waste under adherence to the
regulations pertaining to the disposal of particularly hazardous waste.
Must not be disposed of together with household garbage. Do not allow product to reach sewage system.
. Waste disposal key number: 55370
. Uncleaned packagings:
. Recommendation:
Dispose of packaging according to regulations on the disposal of packagings.
The customer of contaminated empty containers has to be informed about possible dangers of material.
