First-aid measures
[Eye contact]
Check for and remove any contact lenses. Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician.
[Skin contact]
Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water removing all contaminated clothes and shoes. If the appearance of the exposed skin has changed or pain persists, medical treatment should be arranged. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
[Inhalation]
Move to fresh air. In case of shortness of breath, give oxygen. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Call a physician immediately.
[Ingestion]
Rinse mouth. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a physician immediately.
[Notes to physician]
Treat symptomatically
Fire-fighting measures
[Suitable extinguishing media]
Use dry chemical, CO2, water spray or "alcohol" foam
[Special protective equipment for firefighters]
Wear personal protective equipment.
[Specific methods]
Fire-extinguishing work is done from the windward and the suitable fire-extinguishing method according to the surrounding situation is used. Uninvolved persons should evacuate to a safe place. Immediately remove all sources of combustion. Measures should be taken to contain the water-discharge for fire-fighting lest those substances which affect the environment should leak. Cool containing vessels with water jet in order to prevent pressure build-up, autoignition or explosion.
Accidental release measures
[Personal precautions]
Use personal protective equipment. Keep people away from and upwind of spill/leak. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Entry to non-involved personnel should be controlled around the leakage area by roping off, etc..
Fire-extinguishing devices should be prepared in case of a fire.
[Environmental precautions]
Do not let product enter drains.
[Methods for cleaning up]
Dam up. Absorb spill with inert material (e.g. dry sand or earth), then place in a chemical waste container.
Consult federal, state, and/or local authorities for assistance on disposal.
Handling and storage
[Handling]
Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition. Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms.
Wear personal protective equipment. Do not breathe vapours or spray mist. Take measures to prevent the build up of electrostatic charge.
Use explosion-proof equipment. Wash hands and face before breaks and immediately after handling the product.
[Safe handling advice]
Handle with caution and minimize exposure.
[Storage]
Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool and shaded area. Keep away from heat.
[Materials to avoid]
oxidising agents

Exposure controls / personal protection
[Engineering measures]
Use only in area provided with appropriate exhaust ventilation. A facility for washing eyes and body should be installed near the place it is handled.
[Occupational exposure controls]
Respiratory protection: Vapor respirator
Hand protection: gloves
Eye/face protection: safety glasses
Skin and body protection: Lab coat, boots, Suggested protective clothing might not be sufficient; consult a specialist before handling this product.[
Hygiene measures: When using, do not eat, drink or smoke.
[Environmental exposure controls]
no data available
Stability and reactivity
[Chemical stability]
Forms explosive mixtures in air. Vapors may travel to source of ignition and flash back.
[Conditions to avoid]
Avoid heat and light.
[Materials to avoid]
oxidising agents
[Hazardous Decomposition Products]
Carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide
[Hazardous Polymerization]
Will not occur.
Disposal considerations
[Waste from residues / unused products]
Consult your local or regional authorities. Take care in igniting as this material is flammable. In accordance with local and national regulations.
[Contaminated packaging]
The contents should be removed completely prior to the disposal of an empty vessel. Do not re-use empty containers.
