Justification:

The substance is readily biodegradable (not P and not vP).

The substance exhibits a log Kow higher than 4.5; a fish BCF is estmated to 91 L/kg. A definitive conclusion with regards to B assessment cannot be reached based on available information.

For the T criterion, the most sensitive species in long-term aquatic toxicity is algae with a 72h-ErC10 (equivalent to NOEC) greater than 0.01 mg/L (at 0.162 mg/L). In addition, the substance is not classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic for reproduction, and there is no other evidence of chronic toxicity, as identified by the classifications: STOT RE Category 1 or 2 according to Regulation EC 1272/2008.

In conclusion, the substance is not PBT or vPvB substance since it does not meet the P and T criterion.
