Description of key information

The EC50-value (d 0 - 7) with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation of the nitrate-N formation rate in soil on day 7 was 92.3 (79.2 - 106) mg/kg soil dry weight. The EC25-value with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation on day 7 was 70.3 (56.0 - 83.9) mg/kg soil dry weight. The NOEC for nitrate transformation in soil on day 7 was determined to be 50 mg/kg soil dry weight.

The EC50-values (d 0 - 14) with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation of the nitrate-N formation rate on day 14 was 119 (97.5 - 148) mg/kg soil dry weight. The EC25-value with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation on day 14 was 70.0 (26.8 - 94.7) mg/kg soil dry weight. The NOEC for nitrate transformation in soil on day 14 was set at 50 mg/kg soil dry weight.

The EC50-values (d 0 - 28) with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation of the nitrate-N formation rate on day 28 was 255 (195 - 319) mg/kg soil dry weight. The EC25-value with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation on day 28 was 161 (120 - 200) mg/kg soil dry weight. The EC10-value with 95 % confidence intervals for stimulation on day 28 was 104 (72.9 - 152) mg/kg soil dry weight. The NOEC for nitrate transformation in soil on day 28 was set at 50 mg/kg soil dry weight.
