- Conclusions:
- According to the "procedure for provisional acceptance of a substance or article in class1, figure 10.2, UN Manual of tests and Critera, the test item does not have explosive properties.
- Executive summary:
Test series for explosive properties according to UN Manual of Tests and Criteria and Regulation were performed: Koenen-Test (UN-tests 1(b) and 2(b) and Time-Pressure-Test (UN-tests 1(c) and 2(c)). All tests showed negative results.
thus, the test item has not to be classified as explosive according to Regulation (EC) no 1272/2008.
