First-aid measures
Inhalation : If inhaled, remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
Consult a physician for severe cases.
Skin contact : Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water.

Eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.
If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
Ingestion : After swallowing: only when the patient is fully conscious: rinse mouth with water.

Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use dry chemical, CO2, water spray or alcohol foam.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: High volume water jet.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture :
- During a fire, smoke may contain the original material in addition to unidentified toxic and/or irritating compounds.
- In the event of fire the following can be released: CO, NOx, HCl.
Advice for firefighters :
- Special protective equipment for firefighters: In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear protective suit.
- Specific methods : Avoid the draining of the extinguishing water into the surface water or the ground water.
