Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
The registered substance is actually a solid which is dissolved in water. The solid however cannot be isolated from water without being modified.
So, when heating the substance up, water will evaporize first at its known boiling point, i.e. 100°C at 1013 hPa. Further the formation of gases, i.e. dangerous decomposition products such as cyanides, can be expected after water is evaporated (or already during evaporation and heating) and the solid is further heated, so out of safety reasons testing cannot be performed.
