Details on estimation of bioconcentration:
Using BCFBAF v3.01 by US-EPA (EPIWIN) the Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) can be estimated. The following two different models are used: Regression-based estimate (traditional method), based on WSKOW and Arnot-Gobas method, based on mechanistic first principles.

Conclusions:
Using the EPISuite BCFBAF program, for CAS 24860-22-8 a Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) of 142.2 and log BCF = 2.153 was estimated. The biotransformation half-life was estimated to be 19.5 days (normalized to 10 g fish). The BCF for CAS 85916-01-4 was estimated to be 430.8 and log BCF = 2.634. The biotransformation half-life was estimated to be 10.3 days (normalized to 10 g fish). These values have been calculated based on an estimated LogPow of 9.81 for CAS 24860-22-8 and an estimated LogPow of 8.92 for CAS 85916-01-4. These data suggest a low potential for bioconcentration.
