First-aid measures
General information: In case of persisting adverse effects, consult a physician. If the patient is likely to become unconscious, place and transport in stable sideways position. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes immediately, and launder thoroughly before reusing.
After inhalation: Ensure supply of fresh air. In case of respiratory arrest induce breathing with a respiratory device. Seek medical advice. Do not use mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-nose resuscitation. If unconscious place in recovery position and seek medical advice. In the event of symptoms take medical treatment.
After skin contact: Instantly wash with cupious amounts of water. Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists. Remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact: Remove contact lenses. Rinse eye thoroughly under running water keeping eyelids wide open and protecting the unaffected eye (at least 10 to 15 minutes). Get immediate ophthalmic treatment.
After ingestion: Rinse out mouth and drink 200 - 300 ml water. Call a doctor immediately. If individual is drowsy or unconscious, place in recovery position (on left side, with head down). Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. In case of vomiting keep head of person in face-down position to prevent penetration of vomitus into the trachea.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed: No data available.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed: Keep under medical supervision for at least 48 hours.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Carbon dioxide; Dry chemical extinguisher; Foam; Water spray jet
Unsuitable extinguishing media: High power water jet
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: In the event of fire, the following can be released: Nitrous oxides (NOx); Nitrogen oxides (NOx); Carbon monoxide (CO); Carbon dioxide (CO2); Vapours are heavier than air and may spread near ground to sources of ignition. May travel considerable distance to source of ignition and flash back. May explode if exposed to heat.
Advice for firefighters: Use self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear protective clothing. Suppress gases/vapours/mists with water spray jet.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
For non-emergency personnel: Refer to protective measures listed in sections Handling and storage and Exposure controls/personal protection. Use personal protective clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation.
For emergency responders: No data available. Personal protective equipment (PPE) - see Section Exposure controls/personal protection.
Environmental precautions: Do not discharge into the drains/surface waters/groundwater. Do not discharge into the subsoil/soil.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials, e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal according to local regulations (see section 13). Use explosion-proof apparatus and fittings. Use spark-free tools.
Reference to other sections: Information regarding waste disposal, see chapter Disposal considerations. Information regarding personal protective measures, see chapter Exposure controls/personal protection. Information regarding safe handling, see chapter Handling and storage.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling: Take precautionary measures against electrostatic loading. Provide good ventilation at the work area (local exhaust ventilation, if necessary).
General protective and hygiene measures: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep away from foodstuffs and beverages. Do not eat, drink or smoke during work time. Provide eye wash fountain in work area. Do not inhale vapours. Wash hands before breaks and after work.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Vapours can form an explosive mixture with air. Take precautionary measures against static charges. Keep away from sources of heat and ignition. No sparking tools should be used.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:
Technical measures and storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Recommended storage temperature: 15 - 25°C
Requirements for storage rooms and vessels: Always keep in containers of same material as the original one. Containers which are opened must be carefully closed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Advice on storage assembly: Do not store together with foodstuffs. Do not store together with: Acids; Oxidizing agents

Exposure controls / personal protection
Control parameters: No parameters available for monitoring.
Exposure controls
Appropriate engineering controls: Provide adequate ventilation. Where reasonably practicable this should be achieved by the use of local exhaust ventilation and good general extraction. If these are not sufficient to maintain concentrations of particulates and solvent vapour below the OEL (=Occupational Exposure Limit), suitable respiratory protection must be worn.
Personal protective equipment
Respiratory protection: If workplace exposure limits are exceeded, a respiration protection approved for this particular job must be worn. In case of aerosol and mist formation, take appropriate measures for breathing protection in the event workplace threshold values are not specified.
Eye / face protection: Tightly fitting safety glasses (EN 166).
Hand protection: Sufficient protection is given wearing suitable protective gloves checked according to i.e. EN 374, in the event of risk of skin contact with the product . Before use, the protective gloves should be tested in any case for its specific work-station suitability (i.e. mechanical resistance, product compatibility and antistatic properties). Adhere to the manufacturer’s instructions and information relating to the use, storage, care and replacement of protective gloves. Protective gloves shall be replaced immediately when physically damaged or worn. Design operations thus to avoid permanent use of protective gloves.
Appropriate Material In case of short-term contact / splash protection:
Appropriate Material fluorintated rubber
Material thickness 0.4 mm
Inappropriate material Natural rubber, NR
Inappropriate material Polychloroprene
Inappropriate material nitrile rubber
Inappropriate material butyl rubber
Inappropriate material PVC
Inappropriate material PE / EVAL / PE
Other: fire-resistant antistatic protective clothing
Environmental exposure controls: No data available.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity: No data available.
Chemical stability: Stable if stored and handled properly.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: Generation of flammable vapor-air mixtures possible.
Conditions to avoid: Heat, naked flames or other ignition sources, electrostatic charge and discharge, formation of vapours/aerosols.
Incompatible materials: Acids; Oxidizing agents
Hazardous decomposition products: No data available.
Disposal considerations
Product: Allocation of a waste code number, according to the European Waste Catalogue, should be carried out in agreement with the regional waste disposal company.
Packaging: Residuals must be removed from packaging and when emptied completely disposed of in accordance with the regulations for waste removal. Incompletely emptied packaging must be disposed of in the form of disposal specified by the regional disposer.
