Available data indicate the substance only slowly degrade in the environment as indicated by screening tests for a read across substance and the substance itself using OECD guideline tests 301 and 302. Thus, the substance is neither readily nor inherently biodegradable and assumed to be persistent in the environment based on a worst case assumption.
