Description of key information

Using the OECD 117 HPLC method, the partition coefficient of the test substance was determined. Due to the highly complex nature of the UVCB substance, a number of peaks were observed in the chromatogram, each of which appears to be a cluster of multiple peaks. There was a major cluster of peak area 76.9% of the total, and four other in the range 9 -2%. Each cluster provided different logPow values, shown below.

Cluster 1 (76.9%) - 0.14 -3.9

Cluster 2 (9.2%) - 4.1

Cluster 3 (7.9%) - 4.4 -4.7

Cluster 4 (4.9%) - 5.0 -5.4

Cluster 5 (2.2%) - 5.5 -6.3
