Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: Spread eyes and wash with water (15 min).
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with soap and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water and go to doctor. Do not make
unconcious person drink something.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, sulphur
oxide
Protective equipment: Use breathing apparatus and wear protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
take measures to prevent static discharges. Avoiding the
formation of dust, take up spilled material (e.g. using a
dust-binding agent (...) and/or industrial vacuum cleaner of
approved design) and collect in suitable packing drums for
disposal. Label packing drums according to the Technical
Rule 201 and dispose of in accordance with local official
regulations. While taking up the substance, prevent skin and
eye contact as well as inhalation of it. For this purpose,
wear the personal protective equipment described under
"handling".
Handling and storage
by inhalation of the substance is minimized. Skin contact
with the substance should be avoided. Closed or at least
splashproof equipment should be used during filling,
transfer and metered feeding as well as during sampling. In
the case of handling in open systems, any dust that can form
must be extracted directly at the point of origin. The
extracted air should only be returned to the work area after
adequate cleaning using tested equipment. If technical
extraction or ventilation measures are not possible or are
insufficient, respiratory protection (e.g. Staubmaske,
Partikelfilter 2) should be worn.
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g.
(für den Kurzzeitkontakt, z.B. als Spritzschutz:
Schutzhandschuhe aus Nitril nach EN 374; für den längeren
Kontakt Schutzhandschuhe aus Butylkautschuk nach EN 374) and
suitable protective clothing (e.g. normal working clothes)
should be worn. Outdoor clothing should be kept separate
from working clothes.
Wash after handling with (Seife).
Storage: Keep in a cool place. Keep container tightly closed. Keep
container dry. Keep away from living quarters. Do not store
with oxidizing agent and reducing agent.
Label the containers according to the regulations. Use
unbreakable containers. Containers secure against falling.
Avoid product residues on the packing drums.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 25 kg oder 50 kg Behälter
