Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
After contact with skin:
In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with plenty of water.
After contact with eyes:
In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately for at least 15 minutes with plently of water. Seek medical aid immediately.
After ingestion:
Obtain immediate medical assistance.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: foam, dry powder, water spray jet
Extinguishing media that must not be used for safety reasons: Full water jet, carbon dioxide
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides
Advice for firefighters:
- Special protective equipment for firefighting: Impermeable protective clothing (jacket and trousers) with helmet. Use self-contained breathing apparatus.
- Further information: Cool container and metallic parts with a water spray jet.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: Use personal protective clothing.
Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter drains or waterways.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Take up with absorbent material (e.g. sand, kieselguhr, universal binder). Place for disposal in tightly closed containers.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling: Use only in enclosed systems. Keep container tightly closed.
Hygiene measures: Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Keep away from sources of ignition. Observe the usual precautionary measures required for the safe handling of organic liquids.
Further information on storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure controls:
Respiratory protection: Use respiratory protection in case of insufficient exhaust ventilation or prolonged exposure.
Hand protection: Nitrile rubber gloves. Minium breakthrough time/gloves: > 480 min; Minimum thickness/gloves: 0,85 mm
Eye protection: tightly fitting safety goggles
Body protection: protective suit
Stability and reactivity
Chemical stability: Stable.
Posibility of hazardous reactions: When handled and stored appropriately no dangerous reactions are known. There is no evidence that the product produces flammable gases in contact with water. The product has no corrosive-to-metals properties. Stable.
Conditions to avoid: None known.
Incompatible materials: Not known.
Hazardous decomposition products: At high temperatures: thermal decomposition giving toxic products. carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides. The product does not contain any chemical groups which suggest self-reactive properties, nor is the estimated SADT less than 75 °C, nor is the exothermic decomposition energy higher than 300 J/g.
Disposal considerations
Waste treatment methods:
Product: May be incinerated if local official regulations are observed.
Uncleaned packaging: For disposal local regulation is binding.
