Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Skin contact: In case of contact remove contaminated clothing and immediately wash affected areas with copious quantities of water and soap for at least 15 minutes. Get medical aid immediately. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult give oxygen. Get medical aid.
Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician. Notes to Physician: Treat symptomatically and supportively.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: In case of fire use water spray, dry chemical powder, carbon dioxide, or alcohol-resistant foam.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus, eye protection and gloves. Keep personal hygiene. Avoid dust formation.
Environmental precautions: Do not let product enter the drains.
Spills/Leaks: Sweep up and place the material in appropriate container for disposal. Avoid raising dust. Ventilate area, clean up spills and wash spill site after material pickup is complete, observing precautions in the Protective Equipment section.
Handling and storage
Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Store at 2-80C.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protection equipment:
Eye protection: Wear appropriate protective eyeglasses, chemical safety goggles or face-shield (min. 8-inch) as described by OSHA’s eye and face protection regulations.
Skin protection: Wear appropriate protective gloves to prevent skin exposure, as defined in EU Directive 89/686/EEC and the standard EN 374 derived from it.
Body protection: Appropriate protective clothing, overalls.
Respiratory protection: Where risk assessment indicates air-purifying respirators are required use a dust mask type N95 (US) or type P1 (EN 143) respirator. Respirators and components must tested and approved under appropriate government standards - NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).
Hygiene measures: Use good working practices. Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.
Stability and reactivity
Conditions to avoid: Strong oxidising agents.
Incompatibilities with other materials: Data not available.
Hazardous decomposition products: Toxic fumes of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxides of sulfur.
Hazardous polymerization: Data not available
