6.1.1 Short-term toxicity to fish:

Short-term toxicity of the substance to Danio rerio according to OECD 203 is given as the 96 h-LC50 of 4.95 mg/L.

6.1.2 Long-term toxicity to fish:

In accordance with REACH Annex IX, column 2, long-term testing is not needed as the substance has at least a moderate water solublity and acute toxicity as well as the CSR did not indicate a need for further testing.

6.1.3 Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

Short-term toxicity of the substance to Daphnia magna according to OECD 202 is given as the 48 h-EC50 of 8.27 mg/L.

6.1.4 Long-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

In accordance with REACH Annex IX, column 2, long-term testing is not needed as the substance has at least a moderate water solublity and acute toxicity as well as the CSR did not indicate a need for further testing.

6.1.5 Toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria:

Toxicity of the substance to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria (Desmodesmus subspicatus) according to OECD 201 is given as the 72 h-ErC50 of higher than 100 mg/L.

Toxicity of the substance to microorganisms with activated sludge according to OECD 209 is given as the 3 h-EC50 of 4539 mg/L.
