Conclusion on classification

Short-term toxicity tests for fish, Daphnia and algae are available for the substance. The LC50 or EC50 of all three species were >100 mg/l. As one reliable long-term toxicity endpoint is available chronic classification needs to be derived on both acute and chronic data and worst case should be taken. The substance is not readily biodegradable and together with the EC10 for algae of 21mg/L (growth rate) or 2.9 mg/L (yield), classification is not warranted for FRET 13 -0156 under the CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC. Overall, it can be concluded that no hazard classification is needed on FRET 13 -0156 for environmental endpoints according to Regulation 1272/2008/EC (CLP).
