Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Bioaccumulation was tested in fish (Cyprinus carpio) exposed for 28 days to the test material at concentrations of 0.5 and 0.05 mg/L in a flow through system. Regular concentration control analysis of the test media showed that the test material concentrations were maintained throughout the exposure period and that the test material was present in dissolved form, thus proving steady state exposure conditions. No signs of toxicity were observed throughout the study. Steady state BCFs of 39 were determined. Due to the low bioaccumulation potential, no depuration phase was required.
The steady state BCF values were at 39 thus the test material showed no relevant bioaccumulation (BCF < 2000).
