Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Interpretation of results:
- not irritating
- Remarks:
- Migrated information Criteria used for interpretation of results: expert judgment
- Conclusions:
- The test substance 3-chloropropene was not irritating to rabbit skin following a 4 hr semi-occlusive exposure. Similar results are expected for AC Light ends.
- Executive summary:
Test substance 3 -chloropropene was assessed for dermal irritation potential in am O.E.C.D. Testing Guideline 404 "Acute Dermal Irritation/Corrosion" study in two rabbits. The mean PII was reported to be 0.33. Therefore, the test substance 3-chloropropene was not irritating to rabbit skin following a 4 hr semi-occlusive exposure. Similar results are expected for AC Light ends.
