Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed

Additional information

Key study.

The determination of the biodegradability of the substance was carried outaccording to OECD method 301F "manometric respirometry method"(EU method C.4 - D)and following the GLP. At 28 days of aerobic degradatoin test, it has been concluded that : the test item attained 2.4% of biodegradability. As the pass level for ready biodegradability for respirometric methods are 60% of ThOD, the test item can not be deemed to be biodegradable under the test conditions.
