Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of procrylat at 90% of saturation in water and at 20 °C was 73.4 mN/m as determined by the OECD 115 method.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of procrylat was tested using the OECD harmonized ring method. The surface tension was determined as the mean of five measurements done under comparable conditions. The study was conducted in accordance with the OECD 115 method and was GLP compliant; therefore the study is considered reliable without restrictions.
