The composition of the substance shows that it does not contain chemical groups that might lead to spontaneous ignition or evolution of flammable gases when coming in contact with water or air. In addition, the components are not expected to interact. Experience in handling does confirm this.
Justification for classification or non-classification
2 -amylanthraquinone is not highly flammable in contact with water or damp air and is not pyrophoric. The substance has a flashpoint of 196°C. Therefore, the substance does not need to be classified for flammability according to CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
