Clinical signs:
Shortly after application: piloerection,abnorm posision,aborm gait, lethargy,reduced breathing frequenze,pallor of extremities and increased salivation.
Additionally ptosis in all rats after application of 500 mg/kg and more
1000mg/kg: clonic convulsions and in one animal tremor.
640mg/kg: diarrhea in one male.
A complete normalisation concerning the behaviour and looking took place on day 5.

The autopsy of the rats which died during the stury showed in almost all rats a pallor of idneys, spleen and /or liver.
The autopsy of the animals sacrificed at the end of the study did not show deviations.
