Results
Remarks on result:
no indication of skin sensitisation based on QSAR/QSPR prediction

Any other information on results incl. tables

The OECD Toolbox application, which was used to to evaluate sensitisation QSAR considerations, did not indicate a sensisation potential. Acetamide (CAS 60-35-5) and N,N-dimethylformamide (CAS 68-12-2) were identified as related substances, and negative experimental data is available for both of these. OECD SIDS documents for N,N-dimethylformamide (CAS 68-12-2) are publicly available.
