- Details on preparation and application of test substrate:
- - Method of application to filter paper (if used): Matrix of qualitative filter paper (diameter 18cm) in five layer.

After mixing with ultrasonication (12 min) the bottle was filled with water to get a final solution of 3 liter and put onto the magnetic stirrer and stirred for about 22 hours. The solution was then filtered by 0.45 µm filter membrane and used for the test. - Species:

- Conclusions:
- The EC50 for seed germination and root elongation of the test material to Lolium perenne (Ryegrass), Triticum Aestivum (Common wheat), Medicago sativa (Alfalfa), Vignaradiate (Mung bean), Oryza sativa L. (rice), Cucumis sativus (cucumber), Zea mays (corn), Lycopersicon esculentum (tomato), Glycine max (soybean) and brassica rapa (Canola) was greater than 1.399 mg7L (initial measured concentration).
- Executive summary:
The effect of the test material on seed germination and root elongation of c Lolium perenne (Ryegrass), Triticum Aestivum (Common wheat), Medicago sativa (Alfalfa), Vignaradiate (Mung bean), Oryza sativa L. (rice), Cucumis sativus (cucumber), Zea mays (corn), Lycopersicon escule ntum (tomato), Glycine max (soybean) and brassica rapa (Canola) was determined. Seedlings were exposed to initial measured concentrations of 1.399 mg/L, alongside a blank control. Each replicate contained 10 seeds and 3 replicate was tested for each treatment. The EC50 for seed germination and root elongation of the test material was greater than 1.399 mg/L for all plant species tested. This study is considered to be reliable with restrictions (Klimisch 2) as it was conducted according to SEPA HJ/T 153-2004.
