Dimethyl sulphide-borane is expected to rapidly hydrolyse in contact with water to form dimethyl sulphide (CAS 75-18-3) and boric acid (CAS 10043-35-3). For both hydrolysis products relevant aquatic toxicity data was gathered from the ECHA dissemination dossier (d.d. 2014 -04 -24) and tabulated below.
