Remarks:
Migrated from section 'Stability: thermal, sunlight, metals'
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
1983
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
guideline study
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 113 (Screening Test for Thermal Stability and Stability in Air)
GLP compliance:
yes
Test substance thermally stable:
yes

Thermal stability under "oxygen-poor" conditions and under "oxygen-rich" conditions. Under both conditions, no thermal effects (peak) were foud between room temperature and 200°C

Conclusions:
No thermal effects (peak) were foud between room temperature and 200°C

Description of key information

The study provided was conducted to recognised testing guidelines and with GLP certification.

Additional information

No thermal effect on test substance found below 150°C thus the test substance is considered to be stable at room temperature based on the criteria as outlined in the OECD Guideline
