Introduction
The explosive properties of the test item was determined using method A14 of Commission Directive 92/69/EEC (which constitutes Annex V of Council Directive 67/548/EEC).
Method
The test material was subject to the following:
1) The BAM fall hammer test which is a test of mechanical sensitivity with respect to shock.
2) The BAM friction test which is a test of mechanical sensitivity with respect to friction.
3)The Koenen steel tube test which is a test of thermal sensitivity.
Results
The results were negative for all tests conducted.
Conclusion
The test material has been determined not to have explosive properties
