pH of mixture 1 was 5.451

pH of mixture 2 was 5.526

Mean: 5.5

The 1% (w/v) mixtures of the test item in double distilled water were colourless suspensions with test item observed on top and through of the test solution and on the bottom of the measuring cylinder.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The pH of a 1% (w/v) aqueous mixture is 5.5.
Executive summary:

In a GLP study according to CIPAC MT 75.3, OECD 122 and OPPTS 830.7000, the pH of the substance in double distilled water was determined. The pH values of two 1% w/v mixtures were measured obtaining a mean value of 5.5.
