Fortified samples were prepared in each solvent to demonstrate the validity of the method and the stability of the test substance in solution. All average recoveries were in the range of 85 to 120%. The relative standard deviation for the replicate samples at each time point was less than 10% for each solvent. There were no trends in the solubility data for any of the solvents indicating that equilibration had not been reached.
