Executive summary:

A study of water solubility of the test item was conducted according to EG-guideline 92/69 method A.6 and GLP. Based on the result from the preliminary study the flask method was applied. Three flasks with test item were prepared and incubated at 30 °C for 24, 48 and 72 h, followed by incubation at 20 °C for 24 h. The pH-values were measured with a pH-meter. The concentrations were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. On the basis of the method the water solubility of the test item was determined to 189 mg/L at 20 °C.
